Charlie Wilde - Head Coach
Coach Charlie Wilde received his bachelor's degree from Grand Canyon University and his master’s degree in Leadership from Northern Arizona University. He has been teaching and coaching for the past 28 years in the Paradise Valley School District. Coach Wilde started the Pinnacle Basketball program 19 years ago. Charlie and his wife Bridgette have two children, Kyla, who is 16, and Alexa, who is 11 years old. He enjoys spending his time with his family when he is not coaching and, when time permits, golfing.

Jesus Flores--Assistant Coach
Coach Jesus Flores grew up in West Texas and received his bachelor's degree from University Of Texas At El Paso in 2007. At UTEP , coach Flores got to be a part of and learn from the UTEP Basketball Team from 2003-2006. After UTEP he came to Phoenix and has been teaching and coaching for the past 11 years. Prior to coming to Pinnacle HS, Coach Flores was at Goldwater HS where he was the head coach for 5 years. Last year, Coach Flores was Pinnacle's head JV coach. Jesus and his wife Sierra have two daughters Alicia who is 8 and Arianna who is 6 years old. The Flores family loves visiting and spending time up north in Christopher Creek, AZ and Puerto Peňasco, Mexico. Coach Flores enjoys golfing, working out, playing pickup games and is an avid San Antonio Spurs fan.

Taylor Rohde--Assistant Coach
In high school, Taylor was Named Phoenix All-Metro Player of the Year by The Arizona Republic in 2007-08 after averaging 29.5 points, 12.0 rebounds and shooting 63 percent … member of Republic ’s 5-man All-Arizona team three years in a row … set at least 15 school records at Pinnacle High, earning 2008 Gatorade Arizona Player of the Year and being named a McDonald’s All-America nominee … also named 2008 Pima Region Player of the Year … … Pinnacle season records included points (855), scoring avg. (29.5), rebounds (306), free throws made (177), blocks (75) and FG% (.630); career records included points (2,226), rebounds (1,034), free throws made (564), blocks (216) and FG% (.630) … lettered all four years at PHS … two-time MVP of Cactus Classic tourney.
In college, Taylor played two years at Arizona State University and ended up finishing his career at Alaska Anchorage University. While there, Taylor was Named National Player of the Year by Division II Bulletin after leading Seawolves to 23-7 record and NCAA 2nd Round berth ... Consensus All-America pick by NABC (1st Team), Basketball Times (1st Tm), D-II Bulletin (1st Tm) and Daktronics (2nd Tm) ... voted Daktronics West Region Player of the Year by region's sports information directors and was leading vote-getter on NABC All-West Region 1st Team as Seawolves earned No. 2 regional seed ... tabbed GNAC Player of the Year and was 1st Team All-GNAC for second straight year ... became first Seawolf to participate in Reese's NCAA Div. II All-Star Game, posting 18 points and game-high 10 rebounds in West squad's 120-110 victory on Mar. 23 in Highland Heights, Ky. ... led GNAC with 19.8 points, nine double-doubles and .627 FG%, while finishing in a virtual 3-way tie in for the rebounding crown at 8.0 rpg ... ranked 8th nationally in FG%.
After college Taylor ventured to play professionally for 6 years having stints in Germany, Czech Republic, France, and Romania.
Taylor was the assistant coach at Nationally ranked NAIA school Arizona Christian University for two years coaching two All American players.
